They have been fun (hence I got more), but there are differences between the two series:

Unlock uses an illustrated numbered deck of cards and an app. You could combine (say) the key #21 with the chest of drawers #3 and get #24, a code. Later enter the code in the app to see what happens. The app also times you; you have one hour and mistakes are penalised. The company has some small demo print and play games on their website. Once you’ve finished the game you can pass it on to someone else.

Exit has better puzzles, but the game requires you to cut and tear components, so you can’t pass it on.

Shut Up and Sit Down did a good review of the two series.

Re: Skirt Swisher- coincidentally, HG Wells came up in my RSS feed today! https://www.kotaku.com.au/2018/01/hg-wells-practically-invented-modern-tabletop-wargaming-2/Barkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04389368754759452544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4045275598713483939.post-66396219274320499282018-01-31T17:35:04.144+11:002018-01-31T17:35:04.144+11:00Too right!Too right!Barkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04389368754759452544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4045275598713483939.post-28002623877952115882018-01-31T07:01:04.561+11:002018-01-31T07:01:04.561+11:00Any chance of a bit of a review of the escape room...Any chance of a bit of a review of the escape room type games? Not entirely my sort of thing, but Mrs Kobold and my daughter love those kind of puzzles, and my daughter is a live escape room aficionado too.

Also - 'skirt swisher' :-DKaptain Koboldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17082772546044655044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4045275598713483939.post-44829662392312974742018-01-31T07:00:17.734+11:002018-01-31T07:00:17.734+11:00Sorry I missed it mate - as always the social part...Sorry I missed it mate - as always the social part is the absolute highlight for me!Paul O'Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08611720164170399684noreply@blogger.com
