This is 'Tentacle Man' from Willy Miniatures. I'm slowly painting up a Chaos Blood Bowl team, and I'm really happy with how he came out.
Once I was finished, I wasn't entirely happy, but then gave a very faint green tinge to his tentacle, which increases his otherworldliness.
He's on a 30mm base. He significantly overlaps a 25mm base... sigh.
I also greenstuffed a gem to his belt icon.
