Blood Bowl Chaos mutations

I converted some mutations for my ever-so-slowly-progressing Willy Miniatures Chaos Blood Bowl team. I used bits from plastic Warhammer Beastmen, the always useful Warhammer Chaos mutation sprue, and a Reaper Creature Components sprue.

I have concerns about the durability of the tentacles...

Naturally, Willy has now produced its own mutation figures, which would have saved me a lot of time and effort. There is, of course, a nice feeling to have your own unique figures.

Now I just need to pull my finger out and get painting!

Sticking it to the Prussians

I felt left out by not getting in on all the Waterloo 200 malarkey, so spent an hour pleasantly stickering my Prussians for Commands and Colors Napoleonics. Huzzah! Makes a change from all my recent Star Wars posts, anyway.

I have idle thoughts about doing CCN in 6mm, but then reality kicks in...

Imperial Assault- Rebel Saboteurs

These saboteurs are Duros, a species seen in the cantina in Episode IV- the most famous Duros is the bounty hunter Cad Bane. The backpack is canon, seen in Episodes V and VI. I left the uniform and backpack fairly drab, so that the focus is on the alien skin, and also so that they match Fenn Signis.  I hope that FFG releases more figures with this style of rebel outfit.
