Poison Ivy is motivated by her love for plants. She'll flit between good and evil depending on the impact on flora.
I enjoyed painting her and these carnivorous plants, which would be great alien death world scenery. Feed me, Seymore!

Fantastic work Barks. Perfect shade on the skin.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I quite enjoyed painting her.
DeleteThat looks really effective. Off topic slightly but as a Batman player can you point me to any figures of Catwoman as she appeared in the Tim Burton film Batman Returns? I have found the cartoon series, Anne Hathaway and original series versions but my searching has failed me. With a repaint the cartoon series version may well pass. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHmm. Can't really help you too much, there. Some of the Monolith Catwomen may pass with a repaint, except for the goggles.
DeleteHi Phil. I don't think anyone can make models of those movies. I remember Knight models had issues with making Dan Devito Penguin, Jack Nicholson Joker versions. Something todo with they have rights for a cut of anything produced (I imagine toys etc) makes the licenses for those more complicated.
DeleteGreat work on a neat subject.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pancerni!
DeleteNICE!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Jay!
DeleteI LOVE the variety of greens you used here. And how her "friends" match her colours. They all look really great!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I’m very happy with them all. I was originally going to have brown stems, but switched to green which came out well.
DeleteCracking job on them all Barks!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Simon!
DeleteLovely range of greens! Very effective!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Cheers, Iain!
DeleteNice! I don't think I'm able to deal with green skin in such a great way. So cool.
